Refund & Fair-Use Policy

At AuraAds, we operate on a transparent subscription basis. To protect our platform from automated abuse, account sharing, and excessive automated usage, we strictly enforce our Fair-Use Refund Policy.
If the platform does not meet your expectations within the first few uses, you can request a refund under our fair-use policy.
1. The 7-Day Conditional Guarantee
You are eligible for a full refund ONLY IF you meet both of the following conditions:
- You request the refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
- You have used strictly fewer than 3 ad generation credits on your paid plan.
2. Non-Refundable Actions
If you have generated 3 or more campaigns, it clearly indicates you have actively utilized the core value and technology of the software. Once this usage threshold is met, the purchase becomes strictly non-refundable.
3. Sole Discretion
"Refunds are processed at our sole discretion in accordance with this policy. We reserve the right to deny refund requests from users attempting to exploit or abuse the 7-day window."
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your active subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will not be billed for the next cycle, and you will retain full access to your remaining credits until the end of your current billing period.
5. Secure Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider. AuraAds does not store or process your card details directly.
