AuraAds provides an AI-powered ad copywriting and generation tool tailored for real estate professionals. While our system uses advanced predictive models and marketing frameworks, AuraAds does not guarantee specific advertising performance, click-through rates, lead generation volume, or final ROI. Market conditions and ad network algorithms vary independently.
2. Account Responsibility & Security
Users authenticate securely via Google OAuth. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and for all activities, generations, and purchases that occur under your account. Automated account creation or "bot" usage is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban.
3. Acceptable Use & Fair Housing Policy
You agree to use AuraAds solely for lawful real estate marketing purposes. You must not use our AI to generate misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent property listings. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their final published ads comply with local Fair Housing laws and platform advertising policies (e.g., Meta/Google ad policies).
4. Intellectual Property
AuraAds retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying software, codebase, AI prompts, and platform technology. However, you retain full ownership and commercial rights to the marketing content (ad copy) generated through your paid usage of the platform.
5. AI Generation Disclaimer
Artificial intelligence is experimental and can occasionally produce inaccurate or unpredictable results (hallucinations). Users are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and verifying the accuracy of the generated ad copy, targeting data, and scripts before publishing them to any advertising network.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall AuraAds, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses, wasted advertising spend, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of our generated content or temporary platform downtime.
7. Pricing, Subscriptions & Refunds

8. Changes to Terms
