AuraAds provides an AI-powered advertising platform specifically designed for real estate professionals. Our service transforms property listings into high-converting marketing campaigns across multiple platforms using advanced artificial intelligence trained on 1M+ successful real estate campaigns across Dubai, London, New York, and US markets.

Performance Disclaimer: While our system uses advanced predictive models and marketing frameworks, AuraAds does not guarantee specific advertising performance, click-through rates, lead generation volume, or final ROI. Market conditions, ad network algorithms, and economic factors vary independently of our service.

2. Account Responsibility & Security

Users authenticate securely via Google OAuth. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and for all activities, generations, and purchases that occur under your account. Automated account creation or "bot" usage is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban.

Security Measures: You must protect your login credentials and immediately report any unauthorized access to your account. AuraAds implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption and secure session management.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

AuraAds offers multiple subscription plans with varying usage limits and features. Details of current plans, pricing, and features are available on our Pricing Page.

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), depending on the selected plan. Charges are processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

Plan Changes: Users may upgrade or downgrade their subscription at any time. Changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on the selected option.

Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details.

4. AI Service Features & Limitations

Platform Support: AuraAds generates campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, Google Search Ads, WhatsApp follow-up scripts, and Instagram Reel scripts. Each platform is optimized for real estate advertising best practices.

Regional Compliance: Our AI is trained on and complies with regulations for UAE (Dubai Land Department), US (FTC guidelines, Fair Housing Act), and UK (Advertising Standards Authority) markets.

AI Generation Disclaimer: Artificial intelligence is experimental and can occasionally produce inaccurate or unpredictable results (hallucinations). Users are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and verifying the accuracy of all generated ad copy, targeting data, and scripts before publishing them to any advertising network.

5. Acceptable Use & Compliance

Lawful Purpose: You agree to use AuraAds solely for lawful real estate marketing purposes. You must not use our AI to generate misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent property listings.

Platform Compliance: Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their final published ads comply with local Fair Housing laws and platform advertising policies (e.g., Meta/Google ad policies, regional real estate regulations).

Prohibited Activities: Automated account creation, bulk scraping, resale of AI-generated content, and any use that violates our acceptable use policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain full ownership and commercial rights to all marketing content (ad copy, scripts, campaigns) generated through your paid usage of the platform.

Our Technology: AuraAds retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying software, codebase, AI models, platform technology, and proprietary algorithms.

Licensing: Generated content is licensed for your commercial advertising purposes but may not be resold as standalone content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Comprehensive Disclaimer: Under no circumstances shall AuraAds, its founders, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential business losses, wasted advertising spend, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of our generated content or temporary platform downtime.

Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur with prior notice.

User Responsibility: All business decisions and advertising outcomes are solely your responsibility.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Data Collection: We collect property listing information, campaign data, and usage analytics to provide and improve our service. All data is encrypted and stored securely.

International Compliance: We comply with GDPR (Europe), CCPA (California), and UAE data protection regulations. Your data is processed in secure data centers.

Your Rights: You have the right to access, download, and delete your account data at any time. We retain data for 12 months after account deletion for legal compliance.

9. Changes to Terms & Termination

Modification Rights: AuraAds reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Termination: You may terminate your account at any time. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions, subject to our fair use policy.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you lose access to generated content but retain rights to content already created and paid for.
